What this site is

makersintelligence.com presents a consultancy practice: we build message-handling, order-tracking and follow-up systems for craft businesses, alongside coaching on the business around the craft. The demonstration page runs on sample data; the businesses, clients and photographs shown there are illustrative, and the photography is AI-generated.

Booking a session

Submitting the session form is a request, not a contract. A person replies within one business day to set a time. Any engagement that follows is agreed in writing, with its own scope, pricing and terms, before any work begins or any payment is taken.

What we promise, and what we do not

Four promises are printed on the home page and they are contractual in every engagement: nothing reaches a client without your approval, your client book remains yours, a person replies within one business day, and we adjust the system until it earns its place.

What we do not promise is a business outcome. Figures on this site, including the cost calculator, are illustrations built from stated assumptions, not guarantees of revenue, savings or growth. Your results depend on your business.

Payment

Engagements are billed in USD (card or ACH) for the United States and in GHS (mobile money or bank transfer) for Ghana, on terms set out in each engagement agreement.

Partners

Makers Intelligence works with referral partners who introduce clients to the practice. Partner commissions and terms are agreed in writing with each partner before any introduction is compensated. Partnership is a referral arrangement only; partners do not resell, whitelabel or deliver the practice's services.

Intellectual property

The Makers Intelligence name, mark, site design and content belong to Orvantis Intelligence. Systems built for a client are licensed or assigned as the engagement agreement states; your data and client records are yours throughout.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Orvantis Intelligence is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Liability under an engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
